|
Accommodation: There is an accommodation package available for the price of 450 USD or Euro equivalent. The package includes four nights accommodation at a five star hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner, local transportation in Kish.
Cancellation: Those unable to attend the conference must inform the Conference Secretariat in writing before 02 January 2004. There will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the registration fee. Cancellations after the deadline will not be reimbursed. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
Climate: Temperatures should range from about 17 to 20 C, with slight a slight chance of precipitation.
Entry Visa: Participants are asked to return their completed visa forms to the Conference Secretariat before 07 January 2004. Participants coming to Kish directly do not require an entry visa.
Exhibition: There will be an exhibition alongside the conference. Companies wishing to display their products and services may attain a booth at the price of 300 USD per m2 (or euro equivalent). Please inform the Conference Secretariat of all materials that will be brought into the country.
Kish Island: A free trade zone Kish Island is a popular tourist location in the Persian Gulf. For more information, visit

Language: There will be simultaneous translation in English and Farsi.
Registration: The registration fee is 850 USD or Euro equivalent. Fees cover attendance to all sessions, conference materials, and invitation to all social events, entry visa and local airport services. Please return completed registration forms to the Conference Secretariat.
Proceedings:
Those unable to attend the conference may purchase the Proceedings, in the form of a multimedia CD, for the price of 350 USD or Euro equivalent.
Sponsorship:
The conference will provide firms and organizations with the opportunity to promote their name, products, and services to a target audience made up of executives, CEOs and upper management. With various sponsorship options available, sponsors can choose the level that best suits their company.
Spouses:
Spouses wishing to join participants will be provided a complimentary pass to all social events.
Transportation:
Participants wishing to purchase a return flight ticket to Kish (via Tehran) may do so for the price of 50 USD or Euro equivalent.
Venue:
The conference will take place at Hafez Conference Hall, Kish Island.
