Secretariat of the High Council for Iranian Free Trade & Industrial Zones
The Secretariat is functioning under the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the council of which is composed of 14 ministers and high ranking economic officials. This body is responsible for determining general policies, high supervision over all activities in free zones and approving executive by-laws. It is also the high coordinating authority for free zones' affairs. The Secretary of this body is appointed by the decree of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran among the members of the  Council.
 Kish Free Zone Organization
KFZO was established in 1993 according to a law ratified by the Islamic Consultive Assembly (Majlis). This organization has an independent legal status. The organization and its affiliates are not subject to ordinary laws and regulations concerning state companies in Iran. Director general of the organization is at the head of a governing board and he is appointed by the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran among the members of the board. KFZO has special legal advantages and facilities like other authorities governing Iranian trade and industrial free trade zones. All activities of executive authorities and trade offices in this free zone are under the supervision of KFZO.
 IICIC
IICIC was established in 1997 and its main purpose is cooperation in planning, organizing, guiding and holding domestic and international conference, seminars, trade fairs and other forms of gatherings on regional and global basis. IICIC whose directors have been involved in holding more than 100 national, regional and international conferences and other gatherings, is considered a prominent institute in this field.
