General Information

Conference Official Languages
The official languages will be English and Persian. Simultaneous interpretation into above languages will be provided.

Conference Date & Venue
All plenary sessions and workshops will be held on the 6-8 January 2008 at the IRIB International Conference Center, located opposite Velenjak Ave., Chamran Highway, Tehran – Iran

Exhibition
An exhibition will be held in the Conference Venue. Booths are available for the price of 220 Euro equivalent, per square meter. To avoid any complications for customs clearance, please inform the Conference Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will brought into Iran.

Registration
The Registration fee would be 400 Euro per person (before 21^st Nov.) and from 22^nd the full fee will be 500 Euro.
The fee covers attendance at all plenary sessions, programs and documents, entry visa, (shuttle service between Venue, Hotel and Airport). The registration fee for spouses is 200Euro.
For guests and participants' accommodation we would suggest the Parsian Esteghlal Hotel (former Hilton Hotel). For further information and Hotel reservation, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Entry Visa
Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application forms along with a copy of their passport to the Forum Secretariat. Entry visa will be arranged upon payment. Please allow at least four weeks for this process.
Spouses' Admission
Delegates' spouses will be provided with a complimentary admission to the Conference Sessions. Entry Visas will be arranged upon request.

Cancellation
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take their place. In case of cancellation, a written notice is required before 15^th December. A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
