Call for Paper
Individuals can contribute to the success of this Forum by presenting papers on the above topics.
Abstracts should be approximately of 200 words in an attached file (Microsoft Word). Information should include the title of the paper, name(s) and addreess(es) of author(s), Telephone, Fax and Email as well as a short CV.
Please submit your abstract and contact information to the Forum Secretariat .  The submission deadline for abstracts is 1st of September 2008.
Forum Official Language
The official language will be English. Simultaneous interpretation into Farsi will be provided.

 Forum Date & Venue
All plenary sessions will be held on the 11 and 12 of October 2008 at the IRIB International Conference Center, located opposite Velenjak Ave., Chamran Highway, Tehran - Iran.

 Exhibition
An exhibition will be held in the Forum's venue. Booths are available for the price of 300 Euro equivalent, per square meter. To avoid any complications for customs clearance, please inform the Forum Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will be brought into Iran.

 Registration
The registration fee is 1000 Euro. For 3 or more, same company, each 800 Euro. The fee covers attendance at all plenary
sessions, programs and documents, entry visas, CIP services from the airport, and all local transportation (shuttle service between Venue, Hotel and Airport).
A premium package, which includes the registration fee, as well as four nights stay at the Parsian Esteghlal Hotel (formerly the Hilton Hotel), is available for 1300 EuroWest Tower & 1400 Euro - East Tower.
Forum documents and proceedings can be mailed out to interested parties who cannot attend the event for the price of 400 Euro equivalent.

 Entry Visa
Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application forms to the Forum Secretariat. Entry visas will be arranged upon payment. Please allow at least four weeks for this process.

 Complimentary Admission for Spouses
Delegates' spouses will be provided with a complimentary admission to the Forum sessions. Entry visas will be arranged
upon request.

Optional Day Trip
 There will be an optional day trip for Visiting Isfahan refinery on 13th October 2008.
Participants and their spouses can register for of the above tour no extra cost.


 Cancellation
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take their place. In the case of a cancellation, a th written notice is required before 25 September 2008. A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
