We would like to welcome you to the 2008 Iran Oil Refining Forum (IOR-II) National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) is organizing 2^nd IOR, This distinguished international event to be held in Tehran on 11-12 October 2008 is hereby so important that, we are planning to perform a great evolution in our oil refining industries which covers both Scope of existing refineries as well as new grassroots refineries.
Also residue upgrading technology and extra heavy crude Oil processing would be as major topics in the forum. We look forward to hearing your Views and opinions on License, technology, finance, marketing and other important aspect related to successful development of oil refining industries.
